These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TamisKo ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TamisKo application and related services.
By accessing the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.

The contents of TamisKo, such as text, graphics, images, and other material, are for informational purposes only. The App is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In, email/password, or other supported methods. You agree to keep your password/account confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
Guest Accounts: If you use the App as a guest (without registering), your account and data may be automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. We recommend registering to permanently save your progress.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TamisKo. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with parental or guardian supervision.

TamisKo offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features such as barcode scanning, AI food camera, and advanced analytics.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the period ends.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For refund inquiries, please contact Google Play Support or visit the Google Play Help Center.
TamisKo Premium includes a "Share with Doctor" feature that generates a secure, time-limited link for healthcare providers to view your glucose data.

AI features (such as Food Analysis and Medication Scanning) are subject to fair usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure service availability. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend AI access for accounts exceeding reasonable usage patterns (e.g., hundreds of scans per day), even for Premium subscribers.
TamisKo uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered by Google Gemini to analyze food items, identify medications, generate meal plans, and provide nutritional insights.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, any health decisions made based on information provided by the App, AI-generated identification of medications, or AI-generated nutritional content.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings.
You may also temporarily deactivate your account via Settings, which preserves your data while suspending access. Deactivated accounts may be permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR Article 20, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You can export all your health data at any time via Settings → Account Management → Export My Data. This exports your complete data history as a CSV file, including glucose readings, food logs, exercise data, medications, and AI analyses.
This right applies to all users regardless of subscription status.
